Lateral Violence Prevention Pledge

I pledge to uphold the values of respect, empathy, and solidarity within our community. I recognise that lateral violence inflicts harm upon individuals and undermines the strength of our community as a whole.

By signing this pledge, I commit to:

1. Refraining from engaging in behaviours of lateral violence, including but not limited to gossip, bullying, and undermining others.
2. Cultivating a culture of support and encouragement, where differences are celebrated and conflicts are resolved constructively.
3. Taking responsibility for my actions and words, and striving to contribute positively to the well-being of all community members.

I understand that by committing to this pledge, I am contributing to the creation of a safer, more inclusive, and resilient community for all.
